K-Food POP-UP Store in Warsaw – comprehensive exhibition stand production and technical event support
The K-Food POP-UP Store at Butelkownia, Plac Konesera in Warsaw was an event for which Stand 360 provided comprehensive exhibition space production and technical support.
As part of the project, we delivered a variety of exhibition stands for exhibitors, reception areas, infographics and the complete graphic setup of the event. We also provided branded items for the organizer and other elements of the event space.
Our scope also included stage construction and comprehensive technical event support. We provided sound, lighting, a large-format LED screen, a camera and a live video feed displayed on the screen throughout the event.
The entire project was delivered using Stand 360’s own team, equipment and technical resources. This allowed us to manage both the event setup and on-site technical support, while responding quickly to any additional requirements from the organizer.

For the K-Food POP-UP Store at Butelkownia, Plac Konesera in Warsaw, Stand 360 delivered the complete event setup, including exhibition stands, graphics and technical support.

We were also responsible for staging and event technology, including sound, lighting, a large-format LED screen, a camera and live video production. Our team provided on-site support throughout the event, allowing all technical elements to be managed by a single contractor.
